I am the Chairperson of a body corporate located at Warrigal Road, Moorabbin.
We engaged Concord Owners Corporation Management as our new body corporate manager in 2018. Lynn-Maree made the entire daunting process of changing Body Corporate Managers, smooth, stress- free and easy. Since the changeover, our committee is extremely happy with Lynn-Maree’s exceptional services. Lynn-Maree is always a pleasure to deal with. She is professional, articulate and has outstanding judgement and knowledge of Body Corporate rules and regulations. We recently had an unfortunate theft on the estate which left some businesses without power and Lynn-Maree handled this with sensitivity, professionalism and enabled all the businesses to get up and running with minimal downtime. We wouldn’t have been able to manage the situation without her. We have had several major problems with our apartment, which we believe is the Builders responsibility and Lynn-Maree has been an amazing advocate for all the owners. Our Owners Corporation serves 10 multi level Office facilities in a complex also covering 20 smaller Factory type warehouses, in the vicinity of 30 years in age. In the space of a year, Concord has resolved the numerous outstanding issues carried over from the previous Owners Corporation Managers and have embarked on a programme of updating and modernising much of the common property and are encouraging Unit Owners to do likewise.
No complaints have been made regarding the Property Managers performance, and we have found them to be responsive, co-operative, and confiding, in all of their responsibilities to the Management Committee. Lynn-Maree, Principal, is proactive in her management, ensures maintenance items are attended to, the levies are appropriate, communicates intentions and show genuine interest to all the occupants.
