ABOUT ME

My name is Lynn-Maree and
I am the Principal of Concord
Owners Corporation Management. 

 I live in a community of apartment block of 16 lots, our apartment was newly built when we moved in. 
We had defect issues in building and after frustration with our current manager we decided to change our manager.

I am based in Chelsea and service areas to Moorabbin, Dandenong, Carrum Downs, Frankston, Seaford & Carrum.
I believe I can give the best service to my customers locally as I like to make regular visits to my properties that I manage.
Myself being very passionate about our Apartment block decided to take over managing it myself with 100% backing from other lot owners.
After speaking to other people around me, they told me about the same frustration they have with their current manager.
 
This is when I made the decision to become a registered Owners Corporation Manager and be passionate for other people’s property as the passion I have for my own property.
 
I am a member of Strata Community Australia (VIC) this community runs monthly seminars to keep myself and other Managers up to date with all the current government regulations and legislations.  Gives us the ability to identify facts via knowledgeable sources from the experts in this field.  I have access to reliable support, you can depend on the best information at the right time.
I completed and passed my SCA A100 National introduction to living and working in the Strata Community.
I currently attend to all Seminars through Strata Community Australia (Vic). We are kept up to date with all the changes in the Strata Community.
 
Before moving into Owners Corporation Management I was working in our Automotive business with my husband, I was the accounts manager, payroll manager and all administrative office duties, we had four retail shops with one warehouse, 25 staff and 20 delivery vehicles, with changing times of online selling eBay, we moved with the times and moved into one warehouse and 3 staff members and less administrative duties to do, while in our business in after hours I started to study again and completed my Certificate IV in Business Administration then after completing that I decided to keep going and completing my Diploma of management.
